Our members have expressed interest in upgrading our larger printer capabilities. Jess is working on the OSG (on loan from him) for really big prints, but our medium format (300-400mm) could use some help. The cr-10 max (on loan from Jess) is down, and is being replaced by the OSG, and the ender 5 plus (also on loan from Jess), while mostly functional, is now out of line with our training / orientation for new printer users. We're looking to replace that printer with the Bambu Lab H2D, providing us a comparable build volume, and giving our members the same familiar workflow that has enabled our Bambu x1c's to reach almost 6000 hours of combined print time since 2022.

The cost of the Bambu H2D is 1,999 for the regular edition - no AMS, no laser package. We're not interested in those capabilities at this time for the H2D. We've received some funds from selling our resin printer and some donated items over the past year, so that even if we don't hit the goal of 2000, we'd still be OK to make the purchase later this year.
