Learn how to design and program our CNC router. Attendees will get an introduction into vCarve Pro, a desktop software for both CAD (computer aided design) and CAM (computer aided machining) work. Learn how to set up your work area, draw shapes and import previously created designs, create pockets and profiles, and export your machine code.
PC/Laptop with Windows (or a mac running bootcamp) required. Some PCs available for use on site, but never guaranteed. Class is not required for being cleared on the makerspace CNC router - please see our wiki for further details
